Alan Justice

Dr. Alan Justice is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.

A native of Macon, Dr. Justice graduated from Southwest High School in 1978 and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Mercer University. He graduated from Mercer University School of Medicine in 1988 and completed his residency at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia.

Since establishing Ocmulgee Physicians in 1991, Dr. Justice has been providing exceptional care to his patients. He serves as the Medical Director of Hospice Care Options and is part of Piedmont Clinic. He has served as a board member of Georgia Physicians of Accountable, as well as Central Georgia Health Network. He is involved in the Middle Georgia community and often speaks at the Exchange Club of Macon.

Dr. Justice and his wife, Denise, have three children; Landon, Jordan, and Lindsey. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys hunting and fishing. His greatest enjoyment comes from spending time with his grandchildren, Kaylee, Beaux, and Emerson.

Tina Saiani

Tina joined Ocmulgee Physicians in 2009 as a Nurse Practitioner after graduating from Georgia College and State University with a Master of Science in Nursing.

Tina worked as a nurse at The Children’s Hospital for 18 years after graduating from Georgia College and State University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She served as a charge nurse and preceptor to new nurses. She taught several courses including Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course. She was a member of the pediatric transport team that went to outlying hospitals to pick up critically ill children.

Tina graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism in 1985. She covered high school and professional sports for two years for The Macon Telegraph.

Tina has three children and four grandchildren.

Tina enjoys traveling (especially to the beach). She also enjoys cooking, baking, knitting, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Lori Starr

Lori joined Ocmulgee Physicians in 2017 after graduating from Georgia College and State University with a Master of Science in Nursing.

Lori worked as a pediatric nurse at the Children’s Hospital for 18 years after graduating from Georgia College and State University in 1999 with her Batchelor of Science in Nursing. She served in leadership and was a mentor to new nurses. She taught pediatric clinicals to nursing students throughout her years as a pediatric nurse.

Lori and her husband, Stan, have been married for 25 years and have three children and four grandchildren.

Tina enjoys traveling (especially to the beach). She also enjoys cooking, baking, knitting, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Anna is a pediatric nurse. Austin is a senior at U.G.A. and Ava is in the 9th grade.

Stephanie Gaddis

Stephanie joined Ocmulgee Physicians in July 2017 as a Nurse Practitioner. She is board certified by the American Credentialing Center (ANCC) and a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She previously worked as a FNP here in the middle Georgia area at Central Georgia Infectious Disease and Macon Occupational.

Prior to her move to Macon, Ga in 2016, she lived in Augusta after graduating from Georgia Southern University with her BSN. She worked as a RN at University Hospital on the cardiovascular unit for 4 years. She went on to work in the Employee Health and Infection Control center with Waldon rehabilitation Hospital, now Health South Walton Rehabilitation Hospital in Augusta, Ga. After graduating from University of South Carolina with her MSN/FNP degree, she joined Urgent MD and was there for 1 year before making the move to be closer to family. Stephanie has a husband, Dustin and a 7-year-old daughter who is her mini me.

Stephanie enjoys traveling, reading, biking and spending time with her family.

Allison Lynch

Allison joined our practice in 2021 as a Nurse Practitioner after graduating from Georgia Southwestern University with her Master of Science in Nursing.

She previously spent most of her nursing career in Surgical Services working in PACU as a charge nurse and preceptor. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Georgia Southern University in 2012 (Go EAGLES!).

She is married to her husband Patrick for the last 11 years and has two children, Hayley (7) and Kinsley (2).

In her free time, you will find her reading by the pool or planning her next beach trip!
